How do you get this so called paralysis?

If you get a nightmare do not think about scary things, think how you will rape that scary thing if it appears. Works just fine never had a spooky dream ever again nor ghost visits.

Ifucking hate it. Cant move its somehow blacker then ive ever seen i might feel a tap on my back i try to see but i cant move. I try to wiggle me foot to wake my wife. But she wont react. Suddenly i see two green or red lights in the dark. I snap out of it and am afraid for like half an hour and pass out again.

I would like to share some things that would occur to you when you start having sleep paralysis. 1. Afraid of sleep - you are starting to avoid or either staying very late which is a bad thing cuz it will just fuel your exhaustion and increase the probability of sleep paralysis 2. Fear - You will start to be timid, easily intimidated by sudden sounds or things. Also you'll avoid horror and suspense movies which you think could fuel the experience of sleep paralysis. 3.Anxiety - why I distinguish anxiety from afraid of sleep and fear, is because when you start experiencing the first 2, you'll start having negative thinking POSSIBLY "if you can't hold your self up, cuz sometimes sleep paralysis is so severe that you could experience drowning(water), suffocation(lack of breath), chased by murder, killer, disfigured thing, shadow"darkness" that could instill a long-temporary negative emotion. Which if not prevented could lead to depression. Which is a mental help that is not easily seen.

I've had it but my eyes were closed, but completely awake, couldn't move, something touched me and whispered "You can't be free until you let go", then I could move suddenly, I completely freaked

Nope, I can't haha, but I could tell you sometime I feel "an inkling" that is something very big is watching me from afar. I could feel my forehead aching when I look at it for too long. I always get away/woke up from the sleep paralysis with the help of either external stimuli (loud sounds ex' car, animal sounds, wind) or internal struggle (moving my fingers, kicking, flexing my upper arm or turning my head). I've already gone to the doctor and told me that I'm totally fine. Sometimes worst thing about sleep paralysis is when you can see your dead relatives comforting you that everything is gonna be okay, " if you endure the lack of air" experience it 3 times already.
